BER Assessments:

A BER is similar to the energy label for a household electrical appliance like your fridge. The label has a scale of A-G. A-rated homes are the most energy efficient and G the least efficient. As part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, every property whether being sold or let will now require a Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate issued by a qualified assessor registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).
